RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love each purchase. However, if you do need a refund or an exchange for any reason, we certainly understand.

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom Orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

This way we know to expect a package from you.
We will reply to the email and information regarding your return or exchange. Once
your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you by email of the status of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 3-5 business days.
