PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Processing Time:

Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).

Shipping Information:

After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.
RETURN AND
REFUND POLICY
Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will accept eligible returns within 7 days of the order ship date. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Refund:

It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Cancelling An Order:

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 30 minutes as your order might have already been processed. Please send us an email at smithmgt@msn.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order.
